PowerTeam Services, LLC is a super-regional specialty utility service company with headquarters in Cary, North Carolina. We have about 4,300 employees and a presence in 30 states with main operating offices located in Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, North Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin. The PowerTeam group of companies provides outsourced services for natural gas and electric transmission and distribution infrastructure throughout our geographic footprint.

Leadership

Roxanne Bowman

Chief Executive Officer

Roxanne Bowman joined PowerTeam Services in September 2013 as Chief Executive Officer. Previously, she was the Global President of the Switchgear business for Cooper Power Systems. Ms. Bowman has worked in the electric utility industry for over 26 years working for Cooper, ABB and Siemens utility businesses. She has held positions in general management, sales, marketing and strategic planning. Bowman holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Clemson University and an MBA with a concentration in marketing from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech.

Chuck Casalinova

Chief Financial Officer

Chuck Casalinova was named CFO of PowerTeam Services in April 2014. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Co-Founder of WCA Waste Corporations (WCAA). He also held several financial and system positions at Waste Management, Inc. Casalinova received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Akron and is a Certified Public Accountant.

W. Thomas Newell

Chief Legal Officer

Tom Newell serves as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Newell joined PowerTeam Services in June 2014. Previously he led the legal and regulatory functions of both private and public companies, such as Top Echelon Contracting, Inc., Gibbs International, Inc. and Advance America, Cash Advance Centers, Inc. Mr. Newell received his undergraduate degree from Duke University and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law.

Mickey Hanner

Vice President, Human Resources

Mickey Hanner serves as Vice President of Human Resources. Mr. Hanner joined PowerTeam Services in May 2015. His background includes serving as a global Human Resources Business Partner supporting operations in China, Brazil and the U.S. with Eaton’s Cooper Power Systems. Most recently he worked for Electrolux, North America. Mr. Hanner received his undergraduate degree from the University of Memphis and obtained his Master’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
